Which areas of Surat does KD Digital serve?
All of Surat, including Vesu, Pal, Adajan, Althan and Mota Varachha, where our office is.
Is the site visit free?
Yes. An engineer visits, listens and sends a written proposal the same day, with no obligation.
Can you automate an existing flat without breaking walls?
Yes. Our Essential level uses wireless retrofit products, so lights, curtains and AC can be automated without new wiring.
How many projects have you completed?
More than 3,000 builds since 2014, including over 2,000 smart spaces, with a 4.9 out of 5 rating from 358 Google reviews.
Can the house run on rules, such as opening the gate when I arrive?
Yes. A time, a sensor, your voice or your car arriving can start a rule, and the system then switches lights, fans, AC, curtains, music and gates. What is possible depends on the system and devices in your home.
Do you work on offices and factories too?
Yes. We set up Wi-Fi and cabling, CCTV, door access, computers, storage, phones and meeting rooms for offices, factories, hospitals and showrooms.
Can you work with my architect or interior designer?
Yes. Send us the drawings and we plan the wiring, keypads, speakers and screens with them, so everything fits the interiors.
Which brands do you install?
We install the brands we are trained on, such as Crestron and KNX for automation, and leading names for networking, CCTV and audio. See the full list on the brands page.
Do you look after the system after installation?
Yes. We offer care plans and yearly maintenance (AMC). Most problems are checked and fixed remotely first, and an engineer visits when needed.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the size of the space and the stage of construction. The written proposal after the site visit gives a clear timeline.
