Yes. The guard sees the visitor on screen, the flat gets a video call or app alert, and the barrier opens when they approve.
Do you work with builders before possession?
Yes. We plan the society system and a starting package for each flat with the builder, so it is ready on handover.
What happens in a power cut?
Gate, intercom, cameras and lifts stay on backup power, and the committee is alerted if the generator fails to start.
